Nope. There are no success fees, backend participation, or hidden costs. Just a flat publishing fee. Whether you raise $0 or $10 million, it’s the same price.

New sponsor accounts come with 2 free deal credits, which you can use to analyze and preview your offerings. Additional deal credits can be purchased if needed.

It’s a proprietary score from 1 to 1000 that reflects the risk, alignment, and underwriting strength of your offering. A score of 667 or higher turns green, increasing investor interest.

Yes. Your contact email is displayed in your deal listing so that interested investors can reach out to you directly. Passive Advantage does not sit in the middle of the transaction.

Yes. In addition to being listed in the Marketplace, your deal will:

• Be included in our weekly investor email newsletter (4,000+ subscribers)

• Be shared via Passive Advantage social media channels within 48 hours

Investors can see your deal title, teaser info, and download the investment summary PDF without using a deal credit. To view full deal details and your Deal Score, they must use one of their own credits—this filters for serious interest only.
